Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro said Wednesday on the MS NOW program The Briefing that Donald Trump and JD Vance mislead the public.

Shapiro stated that the pair had promised lower prices yet tariffs and fighting in Iran have driven prices higher, that they had promised to halt overseas conflicts yet now face a conflict Trump cannot leave, and that they had promised to reform government yet instead enrich themselves and Trump family members. He characterized the administration’s two years as defined by turmoil, harshness, and self-dealing.

Shapiro rejected Vance’s call for additional time in office, saying voters he meets while traveling Pennsylvania are exhausted and will turn out in large numbers at the midterms to reject more of the same.
