Paula Devlin, a juror in the Lindsay Clancy trial, told CBS Saturday Morning that most panel members treated the case as an opportunity to improve prospects for women and families later. She said preventing any repeat of the killings would amount to justice for the three children who died.

Nine women and two men voted to acquit Clancy, who had admitted killing her three children. One male juror dissented, leaving the jury hung.
