He said some Democrats hold extreme positions on school locker rooms and medical procedures for minors, lack control of Congress, and will still receive media platforms, while other House and Senate members understand the need to remain first. Rounds warned that China’s leader is driving its armed forces to overtake the United States in conventional, cyber, and space capabilities at high speed.

He argued a halt is impossible yet supervised test environments can isolate the most advanced systems from the open internet, private companies should keep reinvesting their own profits without subsidies, and failure to act would leave the country behind a determined rival.
