Police in Albuquerque, New Mexico, arrested 22-year-old Ervin Gutierrez on a first-degree murder charge after he fatally shot his cousin Friday night at the Copper Hills apartments. The victim, 25-year-old Nathaniel Cavazos, died at the scene.

The pair had been drinking when they fought over how hot the chile was on the enchiladas they were eating. Gutierrez then drew a handgun and fired more than once.
