Lindsay Clancy defense attorney Kevin Reddington asked President Donald Trump on Tuesday to pardon her. He made that request in an ABC Good Morning America interview and said she should not face criminal liability for strangling her three children to death. A judge had declared a mistrial the prior week on those charges.

Trump last week told reporters the case was a terrible tragedy.
