Representative Ro Khanna of California said Friday on the MS NOW program All In that Congress should consider impeaching Attorney General Todd Blanche.

Khanna said Blanche broke a statute Khanna coauthored with Thomas Massie by releasing only part of the Epstein records after federal judges directed full disclosure, and that Blanche has charged no one named in those records. He added that the Justice Department now brings cases for political reasons and that Blanche has stated he discusses criminal matters with the president, which Khanna said is proper for policy but not for choosing whom to charge.

Khanna also said that under Robert Garcia the relevant House panel will summon DOGE, Elon Musk, those tied to ICE killings, and officials behind improper prosecutions, and that the November election is about accountability.
