Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman has filed a civil enforcement action against Mayday Health, the abortion-access nonprofit co-founded by Hunterbrook publisher Sam Koppelman and Hunterbrook Media and Hunterbrook Capital CEO Nathaniel Horwitz, alleging the organization used advertisements and its website to direct Kentucky residents to providers offering abortion pills by mail in a manner prohibited under Kentucky law.
