On Sunday, Tom Homan, the Trump administration border czar, told CNN State of the Union that Milo Yiannopoulos did not get special handling after ICE arrested him Thursday and removed him the next day.

Homan said a Homeland Security statement showed Yiannopoulos stayed past a visitor visa, skipped an immigration court appearance, and then faced a federal judge removal order that ICE carried out.

He said ICE, CBP, and Homeland Security have spent recent months moving people out faster after such orders to cut time in custody, free beds, and lower average detention length.
