Representative Riley Moore, a West Virginia Republican, said Thursday that the Senate could cause Republicans to lose the House by failing to pass the SAVE America Act. Moore co-sponsors the bill and appeared on Fox Business Network.

He said the act forms part of a third reconciliation package that must remain unchanged. Both the House and Senate have passed a continuing resolution that funds government operations through December 14, after which Moore expects completion of all 12 appropriations bills.

Moore said skipping the SAVE America Act would reduce turnout and influence House election results.
