North Carolina Republican Representative Pat Harrigan spoke Friday on C-SPAN’s Ceasefire. He said the White House has not described an end to the Iran conflict even though the conflict should conclude.

Veterans serving in Congress after 25 years of the global war on terror concluded another open-ended fight should be avoided. Harrigan added that delay makes American success harder to declare, Iranian success easier to declare, and an Iranian action more likely to produce results that leave no politically workable way out.

The administration must decide a course because it currently is not deciding.
