Florida Republican Representative Carlos Gimenez, a House Armed Services Committee member, told ABC News on Wednesday he is dissatisfied with successive replacements among Army leaders.

He said the war secretary may select who leads the Army. He urged a prompt appointment of someone who has the support of that secretary and the president.
