President Donald Trump said after GOP midterm convention events that he would send 5000 dollars to every adult citizen if Republicans win both the House and Senate. He described the payments as compensation for Biden-era economic, border, and crime conditions rather than a turnout incentive, and likened them to a profitable firm sharing cash with owners amid what he called unmatched economic results.
On the conventions closing night he listed administration steps against federal diversity mandates, school curricula on gender and race, and males in female sports, plus stock-market records. He warned that a Democratic win would bring wealth seizures, Social Security taxes, an end to tip and overtime exemptions, police budget cuts, ballots and benefits for 25 million people in the country illegally, damage to Texas energy output, and related social-policy changes. A Republican win, he added, would fund the payments from record federal receipts, protect his tax cuts, and prioritize adults.
