On Thursday CNN OutFront, Colorado Democrat Jason Crow addressed a query about socialists inside his party. Erin Burnett had tied a five thousand dollar payment plan, called socialist by critics, to growing Democratic Socialist influence and asked whether Crow saw common ground between the president and colleagues further left than himself.

Crow said he did not. He argued that congressional Republicans and Donald Trump, after two years in office amid worsening conditions, possess no remaining proposals or core commitments, so they merely tag opponents with ideological labels that he said have become empty while those officials renege on pledges and deceive.

Crow said he and House Democratic battleground candidates he has recruited and now mentors concentrate on concluding the Iran conflict, concluding a trade dispute that harms businesses, farmers, and ranchers, and repairing healthcare damage that already includes hospital closures expected to continue.
