After a graphic displayed that factions criticism of Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, commentator Jonah Goldberg identified the group as a Marxist Leninist Maoist revolutionary body that endorses terrorist attacks, prompting a DSA rebuke after two Jews were shot outside a Washington museum.

Goldberg said outlets would treat a neo Nazi counterpart more harshly. Cornish answered that alt right coverage took place and that objectors were often dismissed as irrational, politically fashionable, or excessively delicate. Goldberg stated Ocasio Cortez ought to have labeled the faction Maoists who justify the deaths of 40 million Chinese people.
