CNN on Monday showed 71 percent of Democrats and the same share of MAGA Republicans describing themselves as definite 2026 midterm voters.

Network analyst Harry Enten reviewed Donald Trump’s position with MAGA Republicans following his 99 percent share of their 2024 ballots against Kamala Harris. Approval in that group is now 98 percent.

Enten found MAGA backing for the administration unchanged. The data prompted online remarks from people who said they plan to vote and who anticipated later Trump rallies would increase participation.
