Nicolle Wallace asked about a man who left Putin’s circle and attended Donald Trump Junior’s wedding. Brennan said the man stays close to Putin, recently received a top Russian honor, joined Putin’s China trip as a delegate, and has credited Putin for his money and career. Those facts would spark security reviews at the CIA, FBI, and White House, Brennan said, yet Donald Trump Junior paid them no mind. Russia often uses such people to form ties and later seek secrets or help, he added, which leaves many questions.
