Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey spoke Tuesday on MS NOW All In and labeled President Donald Trump a failure in the White House. Booker said Democrats have won most lawsuits seeking to block Trump from undermining elections, including at the Supreme Court. He added that Trump then pursued further election tactics, among them unusual mid-decade map changes meant to create an advantage.

Booker said opponents must counter each such step and organize the largest voter turnout on record. He urged intense effort over the next 49 days to raise participation and keep attention on Trump driving up prices for fuel, everyday living, and health care.
