The judge overseeing Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial declared a mistrial when a lone male juror would not join the others in finding her not guilty by reason of insanity for the deaths of her three children. The proceedings had lasted seven weeks.

Defense attorney Kevin Reddington criticized the holdout juror afterward. Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin reported that Reddington commended the female jury foreperson for naming that juror in a note to the court.
